About UPA of NSW Ltd

The United Protestant Association of New South Wales Ltd (UPA of NSW Ltd) is a Christian organisation established in 1938 in Grafton NSW. Founder, Thomas Agst, identified a gap in providing assistance and care to those who needed it, beginning with providing homes for the children that he and his wife, Rosetta, cared for. Since its inception, the UPA of NSW Ltd have converted most of its homes into quality independent living and aged care facilities throughout NSW, operating across seven regions.
Today, the UPA of NSW Ltd is a leader in providing quality care for older Australians, with a strong focus on enhancing the safety, health, well-being and quality of life of the all its residents and care recipients.

United under one mission
Named after Thomas’s wife, Rosetta Park apartments was established in 2004 and is part of the UPA Sydney North Region community, providing a full range of care options from independent living to dementia-specific services.
Together, Rosetta Park Retirement Village, Redleaf Serviced Apartments, St Ermes Court Independent Living, and Thomas and Rosetta Agst Aged Care form the Sydney North Region which is located on Sydney’s affluent upper north shore in Wahroonga.
